Career Elective Certified Transportation Services IV

DESCRIPTION:
This course discusses two subjects that will enhance the capabilities and productivity of transportation services professionals. These are motivation and time management. This course is presented in two semesters.

Semester 1 discusses processes and actions that increase individual and group motivation including communication, building trust, assessing performance, rewarding and correcting professional behavior, and providing effective training.

Semester 2 is describes proven time management fundamentals and techniques. It also discusses prioritization, definition of goals, task organization, determents to effective time management, and control of workloads, meetings, and time leaks.
