Customer Service Skills and Food Safety

DESCRIPTION:
This course describes various customer service skills and food handling techniques to support food safety. This course is presented in two semesters.

Semester 1 describes various customer service skills and the basics of food safety.

Semester 2 describes all aspects of effective food service management based on HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles and prepares individuals for the Prometric Certified Professional Food Manager exam.
