General Career Preparation II: Computing for Careers II

DESCRIPTION:
This course describes basic Excel 2007 and Power Point 2007 functions. This course is presented in two semesters.

Semester 1 describes basic Excel 2007 functions including creating, managing, editing, and printing worksheets, formatting data, and using charts and objects.

Semester 2 describes use of basic Power Point 2007 capabilities including designing, formatting, and inserting material. It also describes use of advanced Power Point 2007 capabilities including clip art, pictures, graphs, and tables.
