McDonalds Announces New Educational Benefits Package

Graduation CelebrationMcDonalds USA announced a new employee benefits package, which includes expanding educational opportunities for employees who lack a high school diploma.  The company announced April 1st that they will be implementing the Smart Horizons Career Online Education high school program for qualifying employees at both company owned and franchise restaurants.  The benefits will be offered through the Archways to Education program and will impact approximately 750,000 employees across the country.  The accredited online high school allows McDonalds employees to obtain a high school diploma and a career certificate from the convenience of home or anywhere on the go.  The Archways to Education program will fully fund the high school curriculum for their employees who want to finish high school.  To read more click here.
